日本の古き良きデザインモチーフと現代の素材が散りばめられた空間は、
伝統的な日本食である”寿司”の概念への新たな挑戦がうかがえる。
素材を活かす寿司、銅やアルミなどの鉱物を使ったアルチザンコレクションの塗料も、
ある意味、素材を活かした塗料であるため、この空間にとてもマッチしている。


The Sushi restaurant was created with modern materials
while the traditional Japanese design motifs remained.
This is also a new challenge to the concept of "sushi,” which is a traditional Japanese food.
The paints from Artisan collection are blending in well because the raw materials used in the paints, such as copper and aluminum, are beautifully collaborated with Sushi, which is also a creation to draw the best of raw ingredients.
